The DS1000Z series is a high-performance, economic digital oscilloscope designed for the mainstream digital oscilloscope market. It provides 16 digital channels and allows users to measure analog and digital signals at the same time.

This model has 100 MHz, 1 GS/s, 4-channel, 24 Mpts memory, and an LCD display (800×480 pixels). It can be upgraded to MSO with the addition of a logic probe (RPL1116) and built-in dual-channel 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator.
