CPC 100 + CP SB1 + Primary Test Manager (PTM)

CPC 100 - Universal primary injection test set for substation assets -  Electrical tests on power transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, rotating machines, grounding systems, lines and cables, and circuit breakers can be performed with the CPC 100. The patented CPC 100 primary injection test system replaces several individual testing devices. This reduces the costs for training and transport, and cuts down testing time. Therefore, the CPC 100 is the ideal test set for substation asset commissioning and maintenance. The CPC 100 is the base for multiple accessories. These facilitate further applications, such as power/dissipation factor measurements, as well as line and ground impedance measurements. You can operate the CPC 100 via the integrated front panel, or by using the Primary Test Manager^TM (PTM) software on your laptop. CP SB1 - Switch box for fully automatic testing of three-phase power transformers -  The CP SB1 is an accessory for the CPC 100 and simplifies measurement of three-phase power transformers. The transformer ratio and winding resistance are automatically measured in all three phases (in sequence) in all tap changer positions. The measurement results are recorded by the CPC 100 and can be analyzed with the accompanying software package. Primary Test Manager (PTM) - Ideal tool for diagnostic testing and assessment -   The Primary Test Manager™ (PTM) software supports you during diagnostic tests on circuit breakers, current and voltage transformers, rotating machines, grounding systems, power transformers as well as associated equipment such as bushings and on-load tap changers (OLTC). PTM operates with CPC 100/80, TESTRANO 600, CIBANO 500, FRANEO 800 and DIRANA. The software guides you through the testing process with comprehensive testing procedures and detailed wiring diagrams. Tests can be automatically assessed in accordance with the applicable international IEEE and IEC standards. A high-performance database ensures that the installed equipment and the associated test plans can be managed easily. With the new module "PTM DataSync", users can synchronize their database to a central server in order to share and consolidate important asset information company-wide. Storing the data on a central server with automatic backup capabilities also increases the security of your data.
