נתח איכות חשמל PQM-703 הינו אנלייזר מתקדם מבחינה טכנית ומאפשר מדידה מקיפה של איכות החשמל, ניתוח ורישום של כל הפרמטרים של רשת החשמל עבור תדרים 50 ו 60 הרץ בהתאם לתקן האירופאי EN 50160.
